911 Dispatcher Talks Teen Rescuer through CPR

A teenager saved his friend's life with the help of a 911 dispatcher after a near drowning. Police say Rashawn Williams and several other teens broke into the Lincoln pool on Linn Street early this morning. Williams, who can't swim, jumped into the pool and began to drown.  A second teen pulled Williams out of the pool and called 911.  The dispatcher then talked the teen through CPR. Williams is now recovering in the hospital.
