Ind. man drowns during bachelor party

FRANKLIN COUNTY, IN (FOX19) - An Indiana man has drowned after a tragic accident at a bachelor party in Indiana.

Indiana Conservation Officers responded to the White Water River just before 5 p.m. on Saturday afternoon.

Witnesses say Clayton Seale, 24, of Indianapolis, had been canoeing in the White Water River and had gone ashore to jump from a rope swing attached to a large tree.

He did not resurface after jumping into the water. His friends recovered him several minutes later and resuscitation efforts began.

Seale was transported to a medical facility in Harrison, Ohio, where he was pronounced dead.

Police believe alcohol could have been involved. A toxicology report is pending.
