Heart Attack-Murder

Authorities charge man in heart attack death

A homeless man today was charged with murder in the heart attack death of a suburban Cleveland shop owner. Lakewood police say 21-year-old Richard Legg also is charged with cocaine possession. He's in jail with bail set at 500-thousand dollars. He is accused of fighting with 35-year-old Michael Vesely after making inappropriate comments about Vesely's wife on Saturday. Police found Vesely slumped over bushes. The Cuyahoga County coroner's office ruled his death a homicide. The office says Vesely's heart attack was possibly brought on by a verbal or physical altercation.
