The NB ramp from I-71 to EB I-275 is now reopen after a fatal crash Thursday morning.
Officials say a car traveling on the ramp went off the left side of the road into a ditch. At the bottom of the ditch, the vehicle struck a concrete culvert.
Authorities say Ryan Melton, 22, of Milford, was driving the car and was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Hamilton County Coroner's Office will determine if alcohol and/or drugs were a contributing factor in the crash.
The crash remains under investigation.
