A NASCAR driver helped chefs prepare food at Applebee's in Florence on Thursday night.
Tim George Jr., driver of the number two Applebee's/Potomac Family Dining Group Chevrolet in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series, used to be a full-time cook in New York City restaurants. George later found a career driving for Richard Childress Racing.
George's pit crew used their skills in speed to serves food as fast as they could to customers. George also signed autographs and took pictures with fans during the event.
