Authorities say a teen was killed in a crash in Miami Township on Friday.
The crash happened around 3:15 p.m. on Branch Hill-Miamiville Road . Authorities say a dump truck and passenger vehicle were involved in the crash.
The preliminary investigation shows Michael Reidel, 19, of Loveland was driving a Chevrolet Impala northbound on Branch Hill Miamiville Road when he traveled left of center and struck the commercial truck. Shane Voorhees, 53, was driving the truck and was treated at the scene.
A passenger in Reidel's vehicle, Kevin Decker, 21, of Cincinnati, with taken to Bethesda North Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Reidel was not wearing a seat belt and was pronounced dead at the scene.
