Tuesday morning headlines from FOX19

Second verse, same as the first. The showers aren't going anywhere soon and we can expect pop-ups throughout our Tuesday forecast. Highs today will be a little warmer, hitting 75°. Frank Marzullo will have more on your current weather conditions and seven-day forecast starting at 4 a.m. on the FOX19 Weather First.

Crews are currently on the scene of a water main break in South Fairmount this morning. They were called in around 1 a.m. after the pavement started buckling on Queen City Avenue. As of 3:45 a.m., the roadway is currently shut down at Quebec but hopefully this will be cleaned up before you start your morning commute. As always, the latest information will be posted on our website.

It was a soggy night for some local voters who camped outside of the Board of Elections downtown. About two dozen people participated in this year's "Sleep Out to Vote" which is aimed at targeting early voting in Ohio. About 30% of Ohio's total vote - or roughly 1.7 million ballots - came in ahead of Election Day in 2008.

Michelle Obama will be in town today to help promote voter registration. Dan Wells will be live this morning with when and where the First Lady will be visiting.

On the Republican side, the Romney-Ryan Mobile Phone Bank Bus will kick off the Commit to Mitt Early Vote Express tour of Ohio at the Hamilton County Republican Party Headquarters today at 7:30 a.m. The bus will also make a stop near the Butler County Board of Elections from 11 a.m. until 1:30 p.m.

A former Ohio State defensive lineman is waking up behind bars this morning after he let his road rage get the best of him. Jim Stillwagon was charged with felonious assault after allegedly shooting a man in the head after one driver cut the other one off on the interstate. Luckily the man was not killed. Stillwagon's preliminary hearing is scheduled for next Wednesday.

Did you know that nearly 250,000 people in Ohio have a gambling problem? That crazy statistic came after a phone survey was conducted on about 3,600 residents where they were asked about their demographic, income and gambling habits. Steps are being taken to make sure that help is available, especially with the opening of Cincinnati's Horseshoe Casino being right around the corner.

Congrats to Homer Bailey whose no-hitter against the Cubs on Friday earned him the NL player of the week title! This is Homer's second career weekly award, having won previously for the week ending October 4, 2009, which was also the last full week of the season.

As I mentioned yesterday, a new hot yoga studio has opened up in Kenwood and today, we're going to see just what our talent is made of! Frank Marzullo and Stephanie Woods will be getting their very own hot yoga lesson in studio this morning - I think Steph will do great but Frank should be interesting. We have this and much more coming up during the FOX19 Morning Xtra!

That wraps up your news making headlines this morning - try to stay dry today and I'll talk to you tomorrow!
