A South Lebanon husband and wife face lengthy prison terms after both pled guilty to 14 felony charges involving sexual activity with a minor.

Leah and Benjamin Rodgers each pled guilty as charged this week in the Warren County Common Pleas Court to eight counts of pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor and six counts of sexual battery.

On July 13, a Warren County grand jury returned the 14-count indictment against both.  From January 15 through July 10, 2012, the couple engaged in sexual conduct with a minor and videotaped the minor engaging in sexual activity on numerous occasions.  The couple was acquainted with the juvenile, who was the same victim in each of the charges.

The defendants remain in the Warren County Jail pending a Nov. 15 sentencing hearing.  Each defendant faces a maximum punishment of 68 years in prison.
