Ingredients:

1 C butterscotch chips
2 C chow mien noodles

Directions:

1. Melt chips in a glass bowl in the microwave (1-2 min.)
2. When soft, mix in the crispy chow mien noodles
3. Drop by spoonfuls on waxed paper-covered cookie sheet
4. Cool, ready to eat in about 30 min.
Makes about 2 dozen, depending on size

Variation:

Chocolate: These are made the same way as above, but using ½ C black- or regular-chopped walnut pieces in the mix.
