The guy who held up the start of yesterday's game will be headed to court this morning. Rives Grogan ran onto the field prior to first pitch, holding a sign that read "Abortion is Sin". Officials say that Grogan is known for disrupting public events across the country. After being tackled by security, Grogan was arrested and charged with criminal trespassing and resisting arrest.

Former Penn State assistant football coach Jerry Sandusky has announced that he plans to appeal his sentencing. A judge sentenced Sandusky to 30-60 years in prison after he was found guilty of sexually abusing 10 boys over a 15-year time span.
