Heroin investigation leads to multiple arrests and seizures

HAMILTON, OH (FOX19) -

A monthlong, multistate investigation has culminated with multiple arrests.

On Tuesday night, the last of three separate search warrants was executed on Sipple Avenue in Hamilton. Other search warrants were served within the last few weeks at another residence on Sipple Avenue and on Gordon Smith Boulevard.

As a result of the investigation, authorities have seized 147 grams of heroin with an estimated street value of about $30,000. A 1996 Jeep Cherokee, a 2006 Ford Focus, a 1997 Winnebago, a 2002 Dodge Durango, a 2001 Honda Motorcycle, and more than $3,000 cash were also seized.

Raymond Marshall, 41, was arrested for possession and trafficking. Wayne "Gofer" North is also charged with possession and trafficking

Two other suspects have been identified, and charges are pending.
