BOND HILL, OH (FOX19) - A Bond Hill man has been charged with attempted murder and assault after police say he attacked two women in broad daylight at Government Square.
Jerome Raven, 31, is accused of striking one woman in the face and stabbing another woman eight times in the back and arms.
According to court documents, Raven told police that the victim he was stabbing would not hold still so he could murder her.
The incident happened at 108 East Fifth Street just after 10 a.m. Tuesday.
Raven's bond was set at $1,001,000 during an arraignment Wednesday morning.
