The buck stops with Secretary of State Hillary Clinton?

At least that is what Clinton told CNN in an interview yesterday about the attack in Benghazi that led to the death of Ambassador Chris Stevens and three other Americans.

So does that close the door on the issue or just kick it open even wider?
