Seven arrested on drug-related charges in Aurora

AURORA, IN (FOX19) -

Seven suspects were arrested on drug-related charges in Aurora on Tuesday.

Authorities say a search warrant was executed in the 200 block of Stoney Lonesome Rd. after receiving an informant's tip.

Police arrested Matthew Seabolt, 30, William Seabolt, 46, Leslie Carnine, 36, Kaiya House, 19, James Batts, 44, and Christian Spaulding, 21. A 15-year-old female will also face charged in a the juvenile court system. Authorities say at least two other adults could be facing numerous drug-related charged.

Matthew Seabolt is charged with possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia, maintaining a common nuisance and refusal of a detainee to identify.

William Seabolt and Carnine are charged with two counts of neglect of a dependent, possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia, possession of schedule I drug and maintaining a common nuisance.

House is charged with possession of marijuana and visiting a common nuisance.

Batts is charged with possession of schedule I drug, possession of paraphernalia and maintaining a common nuisance.

Spaulding is charged with possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, maintaining a common nuisance and obstruction of justice.

Additional charges could be filed as the investigation continues.
