AVONDALE, OH (FOX19) - Four people are in custody after a main claimed he was forced to rob a bank Thursday morning.
It happened just after 9 a.m. at the Chase bank in the 4300 block of Reading Road.
Police say a man claimed he was forced by three other people inside his car to go inside the bank and make a withdrawal. He handed the teller a note saying he was being forced to withdraw money, and the teller called police.
All four people are in custody for questioning. Their names and any charges have not been released. Police are calling the incident an aggravated robbery.
One of the suspects was caught after a foot chase through the Avon Field Golf Course.
Police also recovered a gun in the car. It's unclear what the relationship was between those involved.
