SPRINGBORO, OH (FOX19) -
A Xenia man is indicted in the car crash death of a woman last year.
Back on October 23, Michelle Filson, 42, was killed when three cars collided in 100 block of South Main Street.
Officials say Jason Shope, 42, caused the crash.
Shope was driving with a suspended license.
He was indicted by a Warren County Grand Jury on Vehicular Homicide charges.
