We're only a few hours away from the weekend and if you're planning on going to any Halloween parties or taking the kids trick-or-treating, be sure to dress warm! Meteorologist Katy Morgan is saying to brace yourself for a huge change in weather - while the last few days have been perfect, we can't say the same about your Friday forecast. Showers will be scattered throughout the day with highs only topping out in the upper 50s. Katy and Frank will have more on your weekend forecast all morning long on FOX19!

Only 11 days to go until the 2012 election and both candidates are zoning in even more on Ohio. President Barack Obama has announced that he'll be in Cincinnati once again on Halloween. Jessica Brown is live downtown with the details on the President's upcoming visit.

Northern Kentucky University has a big day ahead of them as their new president, Dr. Geoffrey Mearns, will be officially installed today. Kentucky Lieutenant Governor, Jerry Abramson, will be on hand at the Bank of Kentucky center for the event. The installation takes place at 1:30 p.m.

Kings Island is gearing up to close their doors for the season so if you need a little amusement park fix, you better head on out this weekend. Cory Stark is live in Mason with what all the park has in store for its end-of-the-season visitors.

A Colorado teen will most likely be tried as an adult in the kidnapping and murder of 10-year-old Jessica Ridgeway. According to prosecutors, Austin Siggs, 17, admitted to kidnapping Ridgeway while she walked to school earlier this month. Rob Williams and Sheila Gray will have the latest on this investigation on the FOX19 Morning News.

The San Francisco Giants now have a 2-0 lead over the Detroit Tigers in the World Series. During last night's game, Madison Bumharner hit a two-hit game over seven innings. The teams are enjoying today off but will go at it again tomorrow night in Detroit. First pitch is at 8 p.m. and you can catch it right here on FOX19.
