CAMP WASHINGTON, OH (FOX19) -

Spring Grove Avenue is shut down due to a 3-alarm fire that broke out late Wednesday night.

The fire broke out around 10:45 p.m. at Midwest Environmental Services at 3118 Spring Grove. The building is housing several hazardous materials, causing firefighters to battle the flames from outside of the building only. Due to the hazardous materials, there is concern for a possible structure collapse.

The building is a $1 million loss, according to the business owner. There is no word on what caused the fire or of injuries sustained.

Spring Grove Avenue remains shut down, and crews expected it to be closed for several hours.
