ROSWELL, GA (CBS ATLANTA) -
Roswell police are searching for the rightful owner of a treasure chest.
On Oct. 14, two men found a box of cash and gold coins on Jones Road near Shallowford Road in Roswell.
The men took the box to Roswell Fire Station #3.
The items were inventoried and then taken to evidence.
One of the coins appeared to be valued at $20,000.
Police want to find the owner of the box. If it belongs to you, call Roswell police at 770-640-4100.
