Election Day 2012! - Cincinnati News, Weather, Sports from FOX19 NOW-WXIX

Election Day 2012!

Election Day is finally upon us and it'll be a cold and frosty morning for you early voters! Meteorologist Jeff Creighton tells us that there's a slight chance for a rain/snow mix later on this evening, but for the most part, your Election Day forecast will be pleasant with partly cloudy skies and highs hitting the low 50s.

As you can probably guess, we will be covering all things political throughout the FOX19 Morning News! Cory Stark is heading out to Price Hill this morning with a break down of the overwhelming ballots to make your voting experience easier and Dan Wells will be at the Cincinnati Art Museum with information on the various polling locations across the Tristate. They're in it for the long haul today and will be covering the election live through our 10 a.m. Morning Xtra!

Watch out Hamilton County, there will be a new sheriff in town...but who? With the obvious focus being on the Presidential election, voters are also being reminded to pay attention to the local races in the area! Rob Williams and Sheila Gray will have more information on the local elections taking place.

Can't cast a ballot? Go vote with your gum. Click here to see what I'm talking about!

With all of the election stress, the Yoga Bar downtown is offering a little Zen to voters! Anyone who comes in with their "I voted today" sticker can take part in a class, free of charge. Class times are at noon and 6 p.m.

Changing the subject, another crime alert has been issued for the University of Cincinnati. According to police, a woman was inappropriate touched while walking to her car in Calhoun Garage early yesterday morning. Two similar incidents were reported earlier this fall in the same garage, but there is no word on whether or not they are related.

Congrats to my man, Todd Frazier, for being voted the National League Outstanding Rookie by his peers! Frazier had an amazing year by being named NL Rookie of the Month in August and his 13 homers were second-most ever by a Reds rookie while playing that position!

If you or someone you know is getting ready to walk down the aisle, you'll want to tune-in to the FOX19 Morning Xtra with Tracey Johnson and Frank Marzullo! Aside from the crazy election coverage, we'll also be getting a preview of 2013's hottest wedding trends including the latest dresses, flowers, decor and much more! Before you say "I do", check it out for a little wedding day inspiration!
