(RNN) – Finally, all this election business is over. Thanks for finally joining the party, Florida.
Can we restrict Florida's participation in the union to sports, vacations and citrus fruits? That's a joke, people. Oranges grown in California taste better, anyway.
There are millions of people who feel like their worlds have been turned upside down by what has happened in the last week. Whether you had a home in New Jersey, are a member of the Boy Scouts or voted straight Republican, rest assured things get better.
We're going to prove it to you right now.
INCORRECT LYRICS – A COMPLETE HISTORY
You know you've heard popular songs on the radio and just made up some lyrics because you were pretty sure that's what the singer should be saying.
Do you actually stop and think about what you're singing in your barely audible, off-key voice?
Everyone who was born post-1975 thought Bob Dylan was saying, "Hey, Mr. Tangerine Man" the first time they heard that song, so don't even sit there and lie about it.
Just relax and enjoy the ride in the time machine of great songs that most of us got wrong.
JIM LEHRER'S "BACON-CRUSTED ROLLS"
The Bad Lip Reading parodies of the presidential campaign have become favorites of Your Week in Viral Videos.
It is only in the interest of fairness to other people's taste that we haven't featured them every week – plus they can't seem to produce them often enough for our liking.
Since most people think all the candidates do is jabber away at their own leisure, this is a perfect way to look back on the debates leading up to the election.
As an aside, Mitt Romney's concession speech doesn't sound nearly as bad when he sings it.
SERIOUSLY, IT'S OK TO DO THIS
Well, it's only OK if you're attending a John Brown University men's basketball game.
What are we talking about, exactly? A longstanding tradition at the school is to roll the entire court with toilet paper after the home team scores its first points during the first home basketball game of the season.
That's one interesting way to draw a technical foul, but worth every quilted square.
It's not that serious, really. When people think about sharks around people, the first thoughts that come to their mind are the carnivorous images in the Jaws movies.
Quite frankly, that movie series gave a bad rap to every predator with multiple rows of flesh-tearing teeth that can smell blood from miles away.
But this video from Australia proves that sharks are just like the rest of us – little fish in a bowl waiting for our next meal to drop.
Go ahead and watch it. We dare you.
DON'T DO THIS TO YOUR KIDS
And finally, we have to endure another year of parents sheepishly following Jimmy Kimmel and lying to their children about eating their Halloween candy.
Some kids stayed strong and didn't give their moms anywhere near the reaction they expected.
Other kids, well, they did pretty much what this little joke was designed to make them do.
