Police have reportedly found the woman who was the focus of Thursday's Silver Alert in Tyler.

Tyler Police are searching for Hazel Bryan, W/F 83 years of age. Ms. Bryan was last seen around 10:15 this morning walking away from her home at 3430 Iberville, in Tyler, Texas. She is wearing black pants, maroon shirt, gray fleece jacket and eye glasses. She is 5' 05" tall, weighs approximately 93 pounds, hazel eyes and gray/brown hair. She has a medical condition that Officers believe needs prompt attention.
