The Terre Haute Police Department is investigating the disappearance of an adult.
Richard Meneely, 35, was last seen at 1 a.m. on Friday at the Hamilton Center medical facility on Ft. Harrison Rd.
Authorities believe Meneely is in need of assistance. He may be disoriented and require medical attention.
Meneely is 6 feet tall and weighs 175 pounds.
He is believed to be traveling on foot. If you have any information on his whereabouts, you're urged to call the Terre Haute Police Department at 812-232-1311.
