Sorry 'boutcha, Palmer. - Cincinnati News, FOX19-WXIX TV

Sorry 'boutcha, Palmer.

Good morning!

While we're fortunate enough not to be scraping our cars this morning, it's still going to be a chilly start to the work week! Meteorologist Katy Morgan is saying that we'll be starting off in the upper 20's but temperatures will eventually make their way to the mid 40's by late afternoon. A few showers will be rolling through the area later on this evening.

After breaking some serious records on Black Friday, shoppers are now clicking their way through down their Christmas lists! Cyber Monday is projected to bring in around $1.5 billion and many sites are expected to offer free shipping with their already lower than low prices.

Which do you prefer? The hustle and bustle tradition of Black Friday or surfing the net for the best deals? Come let us know on our Facebook page!

Downtown Cincinnati is welcoming a new hotel to the area with an official ribbon cutting ceremony this morning. Dan Wells is live at the Old Metropole building with a sneak peek of the new 21-C Museum Hotel.

Feelin' lucky? Go buy a Powerball ticket! The jackpot has reached a whopping $425 million after there was no winner on Saturday night. Click here to check your numbers!

Our Cincinnati Bengals sent Carson Palmer and his Raiders packing after a 34-10 win over Oakland yesterday! In case you missed the game, BenJarvus Green-Ellis ran for 129 yards and a touchdown and had runs of 48 and 39 yards, the longest of his career, to set up scores. There was also a huge on-field brawl that got three players kicked out of the game.

Because we have the best viewers in town, we want to send you to see the Cincinnati Cyclones free of charge! Rob Williams and Sheila Gray will be giving the cue to call every hour during the FOX19 Morning News!

Speaking of Rob, we're making him break a sweat today on the Morning Xtra! While most of us make empty promises to hit the gym after the holidays, Rob is stepping it up and deciding not to wait. Be sure to check he and Tracey Johnson out starting at 9 a.m.!

I have a serious case of the Mondays so I'm going to grab a giant cup of coffee now...have a great day and I'll talk to you tomorrow!

-Emily
