The trial is scheduled to begin Tuesday for an Anderson Township Trustee accused of exposing himself to a woman in her car last May.
Kevin O'Brien has pleaded not guilty to three counts of public indecency. Police say he exposed himself to a woman in her car while she gave him a ride home from a party.
O'Brien is out of jail on bail.
His jury trial is set to begin in Hamilton County Judge Fanon Rucker's courtroom at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday.
