CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) -

The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner performed an autopsy on the body found Monday night, however the results are pending.

The medical examiner says DNA testing will have to be performed to positively identify the body.

Three-year-old Emilliano Terry was reported missing Sunday.

A body was found in a trash bag late Monday afternoon, bringing to an end an emotional search for the young boy.

Police say they became suspicious after the boy's mother, Camilia Terry, started changing her story.

While canvassing for the boy, officers observed a Waste Management truck in the area of the boy's home.  Police contacted the company and asked them to hold the truck so they could search it.

Around 4 p.m. Monday, a boy's body was found inside a trash bag inside that truck at the facility in Oakwood Village.

Terry is in police custody.  Her two other children are in the custody of Children and Family Services.

Emilliano's mother reported that the boy was taken while they were at Kossuth Park Sunday, prompting police to issue a missing child alert.

A rally and vigil will be held Wednesday night at 5:30 p.m. at Kossuth Park at East 121 and Shaker Blvd. in Cleveland.
