HAMILTON COUNTY, OH (FOX19) -

Hamilton County Auditor, Dusty Rhodes, told commissioners on Tuesday that time is running out to solve the 2013 stadium deficit problem.

Rhodes says a decision needs to be made by Friday, in order for him to calculate sales and property tax.

The County Administrator recommended that Hamilton County take back the property tax rollback promised in 1996, when voters passed a sales tax increase to fund both Paul Brown Stadium and Great American Ball Park.

If commissioners take no action by Friday, the property tax rollback will automatically go away.

Hamilton County owes roughly $22 million for 2013.
