What would you do with $500 million?

Good morning!

You might want to throw on an extra layer or two this morning because it is flat-out fridged outside! Meteorologist Jeff Creighton is saying that we'll be starting off our Wednesday in the upper teens/lower 20's, but we will gradually make our way into the mid-40's by this afternoon. On the bright side, we'll be seeing sunny skies with no wind chill to make the day any colder!

Police have arrested and charged a man with the murder of 20-year-old Candace DeMoss. Carlos Richardson is expected to be in court this morning.

The CPD is asking for your help in finding a missing teen. Kyra Brown, 16, was last seen in the 7100 block of Reading Road last week. Police say Brown suffers from several behavior disorders and does not have her medication. She is known to frequent the California/Reading Road area of Bond Hill.

$500 million...can you imagine? All of us here on the morning show have chipped in to buy a few potluck tickets and we're sending Dan Wells out to pick the (hopefully) lucky ones! He'll also be live this morning with more on your odds of winning tonight's record Powerball drawing. What would you do with the cash? Come let us know on our Facebook page!

The "Build our Bridge Now" coalition has suggested making the Brent Spence a toll bridge as a way of getting it built quicker. As a way of fulfilling our commitment to bringing you balanced news, Rob Williams and Sheila Gray will have arguments from both the coalition and their opponents during the FOX19 Morning News!

In today's Morning Xtra, Frank Marzullo and Tracey Johnson are all over the place. They'll be getting a preview of the 2012 Skyline Chili Crosstown Classic, checking out trees from the Plantation Christmas Tree Farm and getting the inside scoop on Betty Crocker's holiday trends. Check it out starting at 9 a.m.!
