FAIRFIELD, OH (FOX19) -
The fifth suspect in a deadly home invasion turns himself in.
Anthony Dean Givens, 22, was wanted for aggravated murder for the death of Julian Slaven, 19.
Givens turned himself in at the Fairfield police station Thursday afternoon around 3:00 p.m.
Police say he will be booked on the charge of Aggravated Murder and held at the
Butler County Jail.
Four people have already been arrested for aggravated homicide in the shooting death of Julian Slaven, 19. Slaven was shot to death in his home on Judy Drive.
Joseph Goodin, 25, turned himself in on Tuesday afternoon and is being held without bond in the Butler County Jail.
Jerry Eacholes, 26, Misty Williams, 19, and Christia Frymire, 19, are also being held without bond after being arrested earlier on Tuesday.
Givens' arraignment will be on Tuesday, December 4 at 9:00 AM.
