Cleveland hotel. He's 18-year-old John Castillo of Fremont.
Police say he was with five other military recruits at the Embassy Suites when he fell from the window Wednesday night.
He apparently playfully ran toward the window, tried to stop and fell.
A witness claims he saw Castillo walking down a hallway drunk shortly before the hearing him fall out the window.
Army officials say they advise recruits to get a good nights sleep when they have to leave early the next morning, and that they're pretty much on their own when staying at a hotel.
It's highly likely they military will now reevaluate the level of supervision new recruits get.
The meeting is intended to boost the campaign of "maximum pressure" that the Trump administration has championed to deprive the North of revenue for weapons development. Officials will discuss cooperation on sanctions, preventing the spread of weapons by North Korea, and diplomacy.Full Story >
