  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 lb Ground Pork Breakfast Sausage
  • 1 lb Velveeta Cheese, cubed
  • 1 Tb Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 1 tsp Caraway Seeds
  • One bag of Mission Chips Tortilla Strips

    1. Combine the ground beef and sausage in a large saute pan. Turn to high heat and cook. While it is cooking, crumble with your spoon.
    2. When the meat is finished cooking, drain the excess fat and stir in the cheese. Stir together until all the cheese is melted.
    3. Once the cheese is melted add the mustard, Worcestershire, oregano, and caraway seeds. Stir together and then transfer to a bowl. Serve with a big bag of Mission Tortilla Strips.

 

Pumpkin Chipotle Dip with Mission Tortilla Strips Ingredients

  • 1 1 can – 15 ounces – Pumpkin Puree
  • 3 Chipotle Peppers
  • 1 Block – 8 ounces – Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • 1/2 tsp Dried Sage
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Thyme
  • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
  • Salt
  • One bag of Mission Chips Tortilla Strips

Pumpkin Chipotle Dip with Mission Tortilla Strips Recipe Instruction

    1. In a food processor combine the pumpkin puree, chipotle peppers, sour cream, sage, thyme, nutmeg and salt. Blend together.
    2. While the pumpkin chipotle mix is blending, slowly pour the water through the spout until it thins out.
    3. Place the cream cheese on a platter. Spoon the pumpkin chipotle puree over top. Serve with a big bowl of Mission Tortilla Strips.
