PLEASANT RIDGE, OH (FOX19) -

One man has been arrested and another is on the run for stealing copper downspouts from homes in Pleasant Ridge.

Shawn Wilson has been arrested and charged with misdemeanor theft. A warrant has been signed for William Cox Jr., also for misdemeanor theft. Police say he has a lengthy criminal that includes several theft and breaking and entering charges.

Police say there have been several houses that the copper downspouts have been ripped off. Surveillance video shows an incident that occurred on November 7, at approximately 8:20 a.m. at a home on Parkman Place.

Anyone with information on Cox's whereabouts should call Crimestoppers at 513-352-3040. Cox is a white male, 5'11" and 180 pounds.
