SOUTH CUMMINSVILLE, OH (FOX19) -

Friends and family of a teenager shot and killed held a vigil on Wednesday evening to remember him.

Mark Hooten of South Cumminsville was on his way to a job training program at St. Pius church in the summer of 2009, when he was shot and killed.

He was 16-years-old.

Loved ones gathered at the site and commemorated his December 5th birthday. He would have been 20-years-old.

His murder went unsolved for two and a half years until February of 2012, when Racheon Brown was indicted in Hooten's death.

Last week, Antwan Nelson was also charged for the murder.
