Several residents have been displaced after multi-family structure fire.
Fire crews were called to 458 Central Avenue at 8:20 p.m. on Thursday. Upon arrival, they discovered heavy flames spreading throughout the third floor of the building and onto the rooftop.
Crews assisted in the evacuation of about 20 residents before the roof of the building began to collapse. The Red Cross was called in to help the displaced residents.
None of the residents or firefighters were injured and damages are estimated to be $90,000.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
