Two cups of shaved Parmigiano Regiano Italian cheese
1/2 pound thinly sliced proscioutto.  Make sure it is not too thin to wrap the potatoes.
One large package of frozen skinny french fries.
Fresh parsley
One bottle of truffle oil.  You can find this at Fresh Market or other large grocery stores
Wax paper
Medium height cocktail or beer glass
Kosher salt
Prepare your fries according to the package, but make sure they are a little on the
crispy side.
While the fries are still on the cookie sheet.  Sprinkle some truffle oil, salt to taste, parsley and the parmesan shavings.
Pick up about a hand full and wrap a slice of proscioutto around the fries and wrap the bottom half with
a piece of was paper and place in your favorite glass
1 oz. Frangellico liquor
1 oz Irish Cream
1 2oz 1/2 and 1/2
1 oz simple syrup or honey
Chocolate shavings.  Use both dark and white chocolate for a
beautiful effect.
Shake well with ice and strain into a large cocktail or Martini glass and garnish with the
chocolate shavings.
One (16.7 -ounce) package double fudge brownie mix and prepare
brownies according to the direction on the box, but add one more egg than what the box says and bake as directed.
One 4 ounce of whipped cream cheese
Six to eight ounce of any icing from a can.  ( I used chocolate Icing )
Powder sugar.  Large bag
Large container of cocoa Powder
Cool in  pan on a wire rack.
Crumble the brownies ; place in food processor. ( Three tablespoons of Bourbon is optional ),
add the rest of ingredients and just process for about 2 to 3 minutes.
Shape mixture into 20 to 24 balls and place them on a greased cookie sheet in the fridge for at least one hour to set.
Roll balls in powder sugar gently until entire brownie ball is covered.  You may also use Cocoa Powder.  Or press them with
nuts , jimmies or any other combination you would like.
Tip:  Store balls in an airtight container in fridge up to one week.  They will not freeze well.
