ERLANGER, KY (FOX19) -
Erlanger Police are investigating a fatal accident involving a pedestrian.
It happened Thursday evening just after 6:30 p.m. in the area of southbound Dixie Highway and Short Hill Lane.
Police say a 2000 Chevy Impala driven by Kevin Barker, 24, of Florence struck Kathleen Moss, 59, of Erlanger, a pedestrian, as she crossed the five lanes of Dixie Hwy.
Moss was transported to University Hospital where she was pronounced dead.
No charges have been filed on the driver at this time, and the accident is still under investigation.
