Roundy's recalls snack bar with almonds
Roundy's Incorporated is recalling a fruit and nut snack bar containing almonds that could be contaminated with salmonella bacteria. The Milwaukee-based company says the recall is in response to a voluntary recall by Paramount Farms of California of whole and diced raw almonds. Roundy's is recalling the seven-point-four-ounce box of Roundy's Chewy Trail Mix Bars, Fruit and Nut. The recalled boxes' UPC code is 11150-29450. The bars have been sold in Pick 'n Save other stores, primarily in Wisconsin and Ohio. The company says the bars should be returned to the store where they were bought for a full refund.
