Colerain Avenue near Kilby Road is shut down as firefighters investigate a house fire.
Flames broke out in a home on Colerain Avenue around 10:30 Tuesday. Crews were still on scene early Wednesday morning battling hot spots.
While investigating the cause of the fire, crews say they found gasoline at the scene. They have not said if it was used to start the fire, but say it appears to be suspicious in nature.
FOX19 has learned the tenant in the home was recently evicted and copper pipes were stripped from inside the home.
No one was hurt in the fire. Fire officials say the home received $50,000 in damage.
