The “New” Nex Flow™ Polyurethane Suction cups are reliable vacuum cups can handle objects weighting from a few grams to several hundred kilograms or pounds. Nex Flow™ suction cups are reliable in moving different products and materials from simple, fragile, compact parts or objects that are curved, with uneven surfaces, as well as flat or angled parts. SPECIAL DESIGNS ALSO AVAILABLE.

All Nex Flow™ suction cups are made from Polyurethane (PU) with superior flex resistance, and lower likelihood of flex cracking. Can last up to twice as long as competitive materials.

Nex Flow™ suction cups feel different from other materials used in vacuum cups due to high resilience and different modulus of our material and ester chemistry. The 'feel' of the material is influenced by the resilience of the material with a higher resilience elastomeric feeling and with more spring. It will have better flex and resilience properties than conventional systems as used on other types of vacuum cups.

The net result is that resilience will be higher, resistance to flex cracking will be better and resistance to tear.

Nex Flow™ Range of Suction/Vacuum Cups:

  •     Bellow 1.5, Size from 5-20 with the hardness of 60 Shore (for small objects).

  •     Flat Suction cups Size of 20 and 25. (for flat object such as metal sheets and cardboard. The suction cups have good stability and little movement.)

  •     Bellow 2.5 Size from 20-70 with the hardness of 30/60 Shore. (for level adjus™ent on uneven surfaces such as cardboard. The 2.5 bellow have difference shore hardness, and makes the suction cups stable and flexible).
