WARSAW, KY (FOX19) -
Four people were arrested Sunday after Kentucky State Police troopers found they were buying and selling prescription pills in their home near Gallatin County Middle School.
KSP troopers and the Warsaw Police Department responded to the home on Riverview Drive after a female reported a disturbance.
Four people living in the home, Chelsea Debord, 20, John Z. Francis, 23, John M. Francis, 55 and Edna
Francis, 48, were present when units arrived. When the units went into the
home they immediately smelled the odor of marijuana. A consensual search
of the home led to the discovery of marijuana, prescription pills including
Percocet, Xanax, and Suboxone, and drug paraphernalia.
All four individuals
in the home were charged with Possession of Marijuana, Trafficking in a
Controlled Substance within 1,000 Feet of a School, Trafficking in a Controlled
Substance, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. The subjects were lodged
at the Carroll County Detention Center.
