Snow flurries possible early Friday morning in Cincinnati - Cincinnati News, Weather, Sports from FOX19 NOW-WXIX

Snow flurries possible early Friday morning

Occasional peeks of sun will continue this afternoon then this evening clouds thicken.

It looks like it will be Thursday morning before any rain gets here, including heavy rain and thunder for the morning commute.

Rain will taper off during the afternoon and temperatures will peak Thursday afternoon in the low 50s.

By 8 p.m., temperatures will begin to fall in southeast Indiana, with light snow and a few icy spots developing.

By midnight, all parts of the FOX19 viewing area, with the exception of the southeast, will see light snow showers.

Winds will be a factor and from Thursday afternoon into Friday evening, winds will gust between 40 and 50 mph.

Power outages could become a problem as the air cools and power lines stiffen. Wind chills by Friday morning will be between 10° and 15° above zero.
