Festive Pomegranite Holiday Salad
1 pkg baby spring greens
1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/4 cup toasted pine nuts
1/4 cup pomegranite seeds
1/4 cup The Spicy Olive basil olive oil
1/4 cup The Spicy Olive pomegranite balsamic vinegar
Place baby greens in a salad bowl. Sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese and toasted pine nuts. Mix together olive oil and vinegar to make the dressing. Pour over salad and toss. Top with pomegranite seeds for a lovely red hoilday touch! Serve &enjoy!
Champagne with Balsamic vinegars:
To make a Peach Bellini add 2 tablespoons Peach balsamic to sparkling wine in a champagne class.
To make a Champagne cocktail add raspberry balsamic to champagne and float some fresh raspberries in the champagne flute.
