150 Grams  EGGS BEATEN

420 Grams SUGAR

235 Grams GRAPESEED/VEGETABLE OIL

550 Grams APPLE PUREE

1 EACH VANILLA BEAN

604 Grams AP FLOUR

5 Grams BAKING POWDER

12 Grams SALT

1 TBS CINNAMON

2 TBS PICKED THYME

QUICK BREAD TECHNIQUE: Preheat the oven at 350 degrees. Mix wet ingredients together and then add them to the dry ingredients. Mix until incorporated. Bake for 12 minutes or until a toothpick comes out of the bread clean.
