LOCKLAND, OH (AP) -
Joshua Gunn has been indicted in an attempted robbery and shooting from earlier in December.
On Dec. 3, Gunn and two teen accomplices attempted to rob a man at gunpoint. The victim complied with the robbers' demands and gave the robbers his wallet.
The robbers, however, were unaware that the victim was also carrying a gun with a concealed carry permit. All three attempted robbers were shot and fled the scene. Lockland police caught all three suspects. The suspects were taken to the hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.
Gunn has been indicted in the shooting and charged with the injuries sustained to his teen accomplices. He has been charged with robbery, aggravated robbery, having weapons while under disability and five counts of felonious assault.
At the time of the Dec. 3 incident, Gunn was out on bond from a previous incident. Gunn was out on bond after hitting a Lincoln Heights police car and resisting arrest on Nov. 22.
