WALNUT HILLS (FOX19) - The holiday season continues with the start of Kwanzaa on Wednesday.
It's a week long celebration honoring African American heritage and culture, with more than 20 million people observing the holiday each year.
Cincinnati's 45th annual Kwanzaa Celebration kicked off on Wednesday at the Asili Museum and Institute in Walnut Hills.
Activities started at 2 p.m. and continued until 9 p.m., located on Victory Parkway.
Kwanzaa ends on January 1st, 2013.
