A Florida mother with a life-threatening heart condition created a video just two months before her death.
Jennifer Johnson doesn't say a word, but still says so much. She tells the story about the heart condition she endured and her fears of leaving her two young children behind, calling them her 'heart beats'.
Jennifer battled hyperthropic obstructive cardiomyopathy, a condition where the heart hardens and restricts blood flow before passing away on Christmas 2011.
Jennifer's family says they believed that she would survive her condition. They say she survived a shooting where she was hit in the back of the head a decade ago.
