Airport screener arrested in Washington state
Authorities in Spokane, Washington, say an airport security screener has been arrested for allegedly taking prescription drugs from passengers' baggage. According to court documents, a surveillance camera shows the woman taking pills out of bottles and putting them in her pockets while checking luggage at Spokane International Airport. Federal authorities had set up a sting operation after travelers reported some of their medications missing. Prosecutors say she's charged with one count of theft of property by a federal employee.
