A man who has spent 42 of his 66 years in prison -- more than any other inmate -- is headed back behind bars. Willie Banks was caught carrying gun, even though he knew felons are prohibited from owning guns. His lawyer says he wanted it for protection. Now a judge in Cincinnati has sent Banks back to prison for eight more years after finding him guilty of carrying concealed weapons and being a felon in possession of a gun. Hamilton County Prosecutor Mike Allen says Banks is a poster child for why the concept of rehabilitation doesn't work.
