CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) -
Cleveland Firefighters are investigating a fatal house fire that took the life of a young boy.
The fire broke out Friday evening at a house at on E. 82nd near Union Avenue.
The boy, identified as 7-year-old Jacob Hunter was in the upstairs of the home when the fire broke out.
Jacob's grandmother told 19 Action News the boy was playing with a lighter and that's how the fire started.
Three other people were home when the fire broke out. They were able to get out safely before firefighters arrived.
