Lamb born at the Krohn Conservatory nativity

CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) -

For the second season in a row, a lamb has been born at the Krohn Conservatory's Nativity in Eden Park.

A baby lamb was born at 9:15 a.m. Saturday morning at the Western Southern Crib of the Nativity. Conservatory staff do not wish to disturb the mother and baby just yet, so the sex and name of the lamb is unknown.

In 2011, "Mary Christmas" was born on Christmas day at the Western and Southern crib of the Nativity. Mary has since been adopted on behalf of the Cincinnati Park Board and returned to the Krohn this season.

It is hoped that the newest baby lamb will return seasonally as well.
